Rest assured, we maintain our commitment to high standards and quality, substitutions may occur with an equal or higher value to deliver the flowers on time. We best match what is posted in our website.
  • Flowers are seasonal and may be available depending on harvest and supply. Some may be in bud or bloom character. Either way, product order will never disappoint when delivered.


  • All our popular supplier cakes are baked fresh daily. 
  • We have employed delivery staff with food handling knowledge so that cakes are delivered with your peace of mind. We transport cakes on a special insulated box and we guarantee them delivered in a good form and shape. Substitutions may occur with an equal or higher value to deliver the cake on time. We best match what is posted in our website.


    • Filo Padalove process all orders in PHP. While the content of your cart is currently displayed in your local currency, you will check out using PHP at the most current exchange rate. Shipping, taxes, and discounts calculated at checkout. 
    • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
    • Be advise that flower rates are obviously higher on peak season or on special occasions. For flower orders way prior its delivery date, cost will be based on that particular season when it will be delivered.
    • Prices are displayed based on your local currency where you are located. We built-in a currency switcher on our desktop view online site if you wish to change it to other currencies. 
    • VAT is included.
    • Free shipping offered within Metro Manila postcodes on all purchase except for special arrangements subject to approval.
    • Discounts are posted on special days and applies to one person per one time use only. We reserve the right to forfeit discount. 


    • Flowers and cakes deliveries are within Metro Manila only at this stage. 
    • Due to perishable nature of flowers, please ensure that delivery information is accurate to avoid delay or non-delivery.
    • We will not be liable for delays or non delivery due to natural disasters, acts of God and other reasons beyond our control.
    • Customer must provide as accurate information as possible. If for some reason, you need to change address, use our form in "Contacts" page. Or message us via Facebook messenger.
    • No return, no refund if the delivery address is inaccurate or incorrect. Also if the receiver is unavailable or no one will accept the flower in behalf of the receiver or if refused delivery, product is considered sold. Please do consider that our products are perishable.
    • In our "Cart" page, we have a postcode checker for you to determine if we service that area. We offer 2 days lead-time. Please select your delivery date in our calendar picker. We deliver between 9AM to 5PM unless special request is arrange subject to approval and may incur a fee.

    • Contact number of recipient is required.  We will call or text the sender or recipient to verify the correct address only if we think it is needed to prevent the delay or non-delivery.

    • All transactions are secured and encrypted via Paypal and 2Checkout. If you don't have a Paypal account, Paypal also accepts international debit cards and credit cards.

    • For our customers who wish to cancel their orders, cancellation of order should be communicated to us at least 1 day before the delivery date, beyond that, no refund is applicable. Please note that payments already made will be refunded provided that it should be communicated to us before we deliver the flowers a day before.
